I uninstalled Oblivion once, reset my PC, and deleted the folder off of "steamapps/common" location. When I reinstall Oblivion and head to the "data files" section of the game it shows mods I don't even have in my NMM but are somehow in the game? I've always heard that people have had a hard time uninstalling this mod, so I was very surprised when I uninstalled it with a single click through wrye bash and my heavily modded game was seemingly unaffected.
